The standard turnaround time for revisions is 48 hours.
Any major change in design direction, concept, scope, content, branding, or project requirements may be treated as a new request and may require additional charges.
Refund Policy
At DropEase Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction. However, to maintain fairness, transparency, and protect the integrity of our work, the following refund policy applies.
12. No Refund After Project Initiation
DropEase Solutions is not liable to issue a refund once the project has been initiated, regardless of the reason for the request.
Project initiation is marked by any of the following actions:
- Kickoff meeting
- Any work performed on the project
- Resource allocation or planning
- Account, store, or system setup
- Research, development, design, strategy, or implementation work
- Communication or coordination related to project execution
Once any of the above actions have taken place, the project will be considered initiated.
13. Refund Requested After Project Initiation
If a client requests a refund after the project has begun, the following deductions will apply:
- All costs incurred up to that point, including development, design, tools, resources, advertising, integrations, subscriptions, apps, themes, plugins, third-party services, or vendor fees
- An additional 25% of the total project amount as a service and administrative fee
The remaining amount, if any, may be refunded to the client after deductions.
14. Service Delivery Failure
A 100% refund may only be issued if DropEase Solutions fails to deliver the agreed-upon services and the client has provided all required prerequisites, information, approvals, access, and cooperation within the agreed timeframe.
Refunds will not be processed in cases where:
- Delays were caused by the client
- The client changed project requirements
- The client failed to provide necessary information
- The client failed to respond within reasonable timelines
- The client did not provide required access, approvals, content, or documentation
- The client violated agreed terms or policies
If a third-party platform, such as Shopify, suspends, restricts, or deactivates the client’s account, any refund will be reviewed based on the work completed, expenses incurred, and the specific circumstances of the case. DropEase Solutions is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, suspensions, policy enforcement, or account restrictions.
Where applicable, a partial or pro-rated refund may be considered after deducting completed work, third-party expenses, and administrative costs.
15. Refund Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for any refund review, the client must:
- Submit a formal refund request
- Provide a valid reason aligned with this policy
- Ensure all required prerequisites were submitted on time
- Ensure no terms, policies, or agreements were violated
- Provide any supporting documentation requested by DropEase Solutions
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
16. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Third-party charges
- Apps, themes, subscriptions, plugins, tools, or software costs
- Marketing, advertising, or media spend
- Fees paid to external vendors
- Completed work
- Delivered assets
- Designs, content, strategies, systems, or files already handed over to the client
- Any digital service that has already been partially or fully executed
- Administrative, consultation, setup, or service fees
17. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, processing will occur within 60 working days of the approval date.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used by the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or third-party processor.
18. Project Cancellation by Client
If the client voluntarily cancels the project, the refund rules stated in this policy will apply.
DropEase Solutions reserves the right to withhold additional compensation if significant work has already been completed, resources have been allocated, or third-party costs have been incurred.
19. Project Cancellation by DropEase Solutions
DropEase Solutions reserves the right to cancel a project under certain conditions, including but not limited to:
- Abusive or unprofessional client behavior
- Client breach of policy
- Failure to provide required information or access
- Illegal, unethical, or prohibited project requests
- Misuse of services
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Violation of agreed terms
In such cases, DropEase Solutions may:
- Refund a partial amount based on work completed, or
- Deny the refund depending on the circumstances
20. No Refund for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Switching to another service provider
- Business changes
- Financial inability

- Lack of interest after project initiation
- Delays caused by the client
- Dissatisfaction caused by changes requested outside the original scope
